Pre-Orders
When you order a pre-order item, this guarantees your item.
FOR APPAREL:
It usually takes the team 25-45 days to manufacture and prepare your item for shipment.
FOR HATS:
It usually takes the team 45-65 days to manufacture and prepare your item for shipment.
You will receive a tracking number when your order is ready to ship. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Items Will Ship When They're All In Stock
If your order contains items that are in stock now along with a pre-order item(s), everything will ship together when they are all in-stock and available for shipment. If you would like to receive your in-stock items first, we advise you to place two separate orders. If you ordered everything in the same order, please reach out to our customer service department by sending us an email to info@unusual-genes.com and we will send you a shipping invoice so we can send out your in-stock items sooner.
Shop App
If you use Shop App to track your order, please be aware that it may automatically mark your order as delivered 30 days after purchase, even if your item has not yet shipped. This is an automatic setting of Shop App's tracking system and does not reflect the actual status. As soon as your order is ready, we'll send you an email with your tracking number.
The most accurate updates about your order status and tracking will always come directly from us in your email. If you haven't received them, please double-check your spam or junk folders.
